There is an age limit for the road?

No, there is no age limit, but if you are older, it is recommended to have a medical check-up before traveling, try to acclimatize to altitude (see altitude sickness). We have had children from 7 years and people up to the age of 68 many times.
Don't worry, we're here to help you do it! When there is will, if you can.

I'm slow to walk ?

You have to measure your capacity, generally the second day is the most difficult of all walks making a journey of 20 kilometers 8 hours approximately, this day you have the option of renting a horse to help you, and if you walk until we do not get dark to the camp is perfectly fine.
From 9 or more people you have 2 professional guides! The first one comes with the first passenger and the second one with the last one closing the group. In case of being only one guide (groups of 8 or less people) the guide always comes with the last person in the group.

What if I get sick and need to go back?

We have a very low rate of people returning once the road has been started. Our priority is to help complete it; all of our guides are well trained and have a first aid kit and emergency oxygen (which is in good hands).

Does the weather during the walk as it is?

In Cusco we only have 2 seasons 6 months of rain and 06 months of dry, the dry season begins in April to October, the days are usually sunny and warm, but keep in mind that the weather is very variable in the high cities as well as in the mountains, from November to March the rainy season days and months varied unstable, where rains can be heavy.
Note: Temperatures are for the Cusco Valley and temperatures change depending on the altitude (higher altitude = cold or vice versa).

Is the Inca Jungle open all year round?

It is open 7 days a week, every day of the month, including holidays; but in February Inca Jungle may have some dates on which the tour will have to be shortened to 2 days to ensure arrival in Machu Picchu.

Once I have booked my place on the ride, can I change my departure date?

If you can change the date of departure but not the date of entry into the citadel of Machu Picchu tickets are purchased well in advance, if you change the date of departure your tour could become one of 4 days or 3 days, depending on the program booked.
Remember to schedule your trip to Peru in advance to avoid problems and stay in Cusco 3 or 4 days before the trip). Please note that on this trip you will find people of different sex and nationality to yours we are an agency that can not guarantee the sex and nationality of our tourists.
